The California Community Development and Education Foundation have a mission to promote education and revitalized all communities within California. Making available a higher quality of life for lower income to moderate income California residents through the development of authentic leadership opportunities and community-led, neighborhood initiatives. We accomplish this through our four lines of business: neighborhood revitalization, family development, community building, and educational.

We plan to improve the quality of Californians though our two basic functions of community development and education. California Community Development and Education, Incorporation will ensure education within homes, neighborhoods, and families. We will give free education on stability, leadership skills, health, work ethic, commitment, dedication, honesty, personal empowerment, positive role modeling, drugs, alcohol and gangs.

California real estate market has left many families nearly homeless and destitute from the great number of foreclosures, and our foundation is a non profit organization making an effort to correct the housing market crash to prevent further homelessness. Additionally, a failing job market has resulted in an overburdened citizenry whose housing costs eventually outstrip monthly income, and we provide jobs and income to these hurting family and citizens.

California families are in need of and deserving of low income housing that foster strong, positive and productive lives. To this end, the board of our non-profit organization looks to employ a strategy that will make affordable housing available to families in an effort to revitalize and correct the real estate markets and communities that have been effected by the financial crunch and thereby contribute to the development of healthy families and productive drug free youth.
