In California, a large number of our families in the community are suffering from a lack of focus and direction as a result of foreclosure dilemmas and instability in the family based on rapidly changing living conditions. This recent California real estate crisis has plunged some communities into deep despair and frustration. The results are wide and varied, but suffice it to say, the families of California have been severely impacted. The California Community Development & Education Foundation recognizes the increasing need families have for stable housing, low income housing, educational programs, leadership classes, parenting classes, sustenance abuse courses, and generous community support (which we our providing).
Our programs, services, and parenting classes’ manufactures a greater home environment for a young person in which they are brought-up in. We believe the most powerful, significant, influential, and important part of a child’s life is the home atmosphere and family circumstances. We also believe that the most important and influential role-model are the parents. Until the end of time, The California Foundation guarantees to make a difference in the California communities and will do as much as possible to strengthen the low income to moderate income families housing situation. We presume that no other state has necessitated of low income housing than California and no other state has been hit hard by foreclosures as California.
